Faulty products

We hope we never send out anything defective but if we do please contact us at defects@zido.com.au and include photos. We will take steps to either replace or refund you.

Returns

Should you need to return something to us (e.g. exchange of purchase of the wrong size), get in touch but please note most of the time you will need to pay for postage.
